盛昌栋，男，1967年生，安徽省繁昌县人。1995年11月于华中理工大学获得工学博士学位。2004年3月起在东南大学任现职，承担本科生、研究生教学和从事煤及生物质燃烧的基础研究、电站锅炉性能有关的工程应用研究。 研究兴趣包括：煤、生物质燃料特性；煤粉燃烧及其数学模型；生物质燃烧；煤粉氧燃料燃烧；电站锅炉热力性能分析和数值模拟；电站锅炉灰的行为及结渣、积灰防治；灰渣特性及其应用。
