Resume

Professor   Chuanlong Xu is currently the Head of Multiphase Flow Measurement Group at   the School of Energy and Environment, Southeast University, P. R. China. He   received his BEng degree in thermal engineering from Northeast Dianli   University, JiLin, P. R. China in 2001, and his MSc and PhD degrees in   gas-solids flow measurement from Southeast University, P. R. China in 2003   and 2006, respectively. Prof. Xu started his academic career in 2006 as a   Lecturer at Southeast University, and then worked as an associate professor   during 2009-2010. He was awarded Newton International Fellowships by Royal Society,   UK in 2010. From January 2011 to December 2012, he worked as Newton Fellow   with the Instrumentation, Control and Embedded Systems Research Group at the   School of Engineering and Digital Arts, The University of Kent, Canterbury,   U.K. He returned Southeast University in 2013 as a Professor of   Instrumentation System and Thermal Engineering, and the Head of multiphase   flow measurement Group. He has published in excess of 80 research papers in   journals and conference proceedings, and has been granted 6 patents.
