学科简介
学科由中国锅炉学创始人范从振、汽轮机学创始人王守泰、热工学创始人夏彦儒和热工控制学创始人钱钟韩在国立中央大学(本校前身)创建,是中国动力工程及工程热物理学科的发源地之一,至今已培养出包括7名中国科学院/工程院院士在内的近万名热能动力类高级专门人才。本学科是江苏省优势学科和东南大学“985工程”、“211工程”、“双一流”重点建设学科,内含热能工程、工程热物理、动力机械及工程、制冷与低温工程、流体机械及工程等二级学科,其中热能工程为国家重点学科、制冷与低温工程为江苏省重点学科。拥有火电机组振动国家工程研究中心、能源热转换及其过程测控教育部重点实验室、江苏省污染治理与资源化工程技术研究中心、江苏省太阳能技术重点实验室等科研基地。
培养目标
掌握马克思主义基本原理,坚持四项基本原则,热爱祖国,遵纪守法,品行端正,具有为人民服务和为社会主义建设事业献身的精神。在动力工程和工程热物理等方面,具有坚实的理论基础、系统的专门知识和良好的创新精神,胜任攻关复杂基础问题,进行基础理论创新和先进技术研发的工作。具备在能源动力领域开展先进科学研究、解决重大技术问题和培养高水平人才的领军能力。至少熟练掌握一门外语,具备国际交流能力和国际竞争力。

除符合学校规定外,学位论文必须是一篇系统、完整的学术论文,要求概念清楚、立论正确、论述严谨、计算正确、数据可靠,且层次分明、文笔简洁、流畅、图标清晰。
论文学术水平
论文学术水平博士论文应有一定的深度和广度,要求达到:具有明显的创新性,部分研究内容应达到国际先进水平,并具有一定涵盖面。学位论文的研究结果应有新发现、新见解,对本学科的学术发展具有一定的指导意义。围绕论文开展科研工作的时间不少于2.5年。
本学科申请博士学位前应发表学术成果要求按照学校相关规定执行。
预答辩报告
在学位论文工作基本完成以后,博士生应当进行论文工作总结报告,邀请五名以上同行专家对论文工作的主要成果和创新性等进行评议,同行专家应当为本学科或相关学科博士生指导教师或具有正高级专业技术职务的专家,其中半数以上应当具有博士生指导资格。
预答辩报告通过后方可申请答辩,进行学位论文送审。

Discipline:Power Engineering and Engineering Thermophysics

Brief Introductionto Discipline
The discipline was founded by Fan Congzhen, founder of Chinese boiler science, Wang Shoutai, founder of steam turbines, Xia Yanru, founder of thermal engineering, and Qian Zhonghan, founder of thermal control science, at the National Central University (predecessor of the University), which is one of the birthplaces of China’s Power Engineering and Engineering Thermophysics disciplines. Up to now, nearly 10,000 senior engineers in thermal power including 7 academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences/Engineering have been trained. This discipline is a dominant discipline in Jiangsu Province, the “985 Project”, “211 Project” and “Double First-class”key construction disciplines of Southeast University, including several second-class disciplines like thermal engineering, engineering thermophysics, power machinery and engineering, refrigeration and cryogenic engineering, fluid machinery and engineering, in which thermal engineering is a national key discipline, refrigeration and cryogenic engineering is a key discipline in Jiangsu Province. It has scientific research bases such as National Engineering Research Center of Turbogenerator Vibration, Key Laboratory of Energy Thermal Conversion and Control of Ministry of Education, Jiangsu Engineering Research Center for pollution treatment and resource utilization, and the Key Laboratory of Solar Energy Technology of Jiangsu Province.
Objectives
Students willgrasp the fundamental principles ofMarxism, stick to the Four Cardinal Principles,have the sense of patriotic duty,abide by the laws and regulations,and behave upright. Meanwhile, the students will develop their spirit of serving the people and devoting to the construction of socialism.
Students will acquire solid and broad theoretical principles as well as systematical and in-depth expertise in the field of energy and power, etc. Students will have the capability of doing scientific research independently and solving relevant technical problems. They will be competent for scientific research, teaching, etc.
Students will acquire proficiency in at least one language other than Chinese.
Research Directions
(1) fluid flow and heat and mass transfer; (2) combustion and pollution control technology; (3) thermal measurement and automation control; (4) thermal system simulation, optimization and diagnosis; (5) dynamic mechanical vibration analysis and application; (6) refrigeration and air conditioning technology; (7) new energy technology.
Duration
4 years usually, and no more than 6 years.

Literature Reading
Studentsare required to read at least200 literatures (including 100 literatures written in foreign languages) related to their dissertation and research direction,and writea review.
DissertationWriting
In addition to compliance with the provisions of SEU, doctoral dissertation must be written in a systematic and completemanner, presenting clear concepts, correct arguments, realistic description, concise writing structure, smooth and concise writing style, correct calculation, reliable data, and clear icons.
Dissertation Evaluation
Doctoral dissertation should be written with a certain depth, breadth and distinctive creativeness. Some part of the research should reach the advanced world levels. The findings and conceptions presented in the dissertation should be new and have positive impact on academic development of this discipline. Students are required to conduct at least 2.5 years research related to the dissertation.

供热、供燃气、通风与空气调节工程是一门技术性和实用性很强的工程学科。随着建筑节能、智能化楼宇、生态建筑和建筑环境等技术的发展,该学科在我国应用前景与发展潜力十分巨大。我校从上世纪90年代初期开始,先后在新型制冷空调技术、楼宇自动化、建筑节能与建筑环境等领域开展了有关的研究。10多年来,承担了一批国家支撑项目、863、973、重点研发、国家自然科学基金和省部级重点科研项目,取得了一系列在国内处于领先水平的研究成果,有的已达到国际先进水平,并在国内外产生了一定影响。多年来该学科与美国、英国、意大利、日本、新西兰、新加坡和香港等国家和地区的高等学校与研究所建立了长期的合作关系。

Brief Introductionto Discipline (within 300 words)
Heating, ventilation and air conditioning is a technical and practical engineering discipline. With the development of technologies such as building energy conservation, intelligent buildings, ecological buildings and building environment, the application and development of HVAC show great potential in China. Since the early 1990s, our school has carried out related research in the fields of new refrigeration and air-conditioning technology, building automation, building energy conservation and building environment. Over the past 10 years, a number of projects, such as national support projects, 863 program, 973 program, key research and development projects, the National Natural Science Foundation and provincial and ministerial-level key scientific research projects, have been launched and a series of research results at leading level in China have been achieved, some of which are international advanced and has a certain impact at home and abroad. Over the years, long-term cooperative relationships with universities and research institutes in the United States, Britain, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong have been established on the discipline.

环境科学与工程

学科简介
东南大学环境学科拥有悠久的发展历史,从上世纪40年代初期中央大学土木工程系设置的卫生工程学组算起,已有70多年的历史。恢复高考后,我校是教育部直属第一批5所全国最早创办环境工程专业的院校(1979年)。本学科具有环境学科博士、硕士、本科和继续教育的完整教学体系。学科拥有“985工程”经费资助建设的“环境科学与工程实验中心”、“江苏省污染控制及资源化工程技术研究中心”,以及与环境学科相关的“能源热转化及其过程测控教育部重点实验室”,并与公共卫生学院共建“东南大学环境医学工程教育部重点实验室”,具有完备的供博士后研究人员开展科学研究的基础条件。
培养目标

Brief Introductionto Discipline (within 300 words)
Southeast University Environmental Science has a long history of development. It has more than 70 years since the health engineering group set up by the Civil Engineering Department of the Central University in the early 1940s. After the resumption of the college entrance examination, our school is one of the first five institutions in the country to establish environmental engineering under the Ministry of Education (1979). The discipline has a complete teaching system for doctoral, master, undergraduate and continuing education. With foundation of the “985 Project”, the discipline has the “Environmental Science and Engineering Experiment Center”, the “Jiangsu Provincial Pollution Control and Resource Engineering Technology Research Center”, and the “Energy Thermal Transformation and Process Measurement and Control Department of the Ministry of Education” which is related to environmental disciplines. Meanwhile it has the “Key Laboratory of Environmental Medical Engineering of the Southeast University” which is established with the School of Public Health. The discipline has complete basic conditions for postdoctoral researchers to carry out scientific research.
Objectives (about 150 words;the followingis for reference only)
Students willgrasp the fundamental principles ofMarxism, stick to the Four Cardinal Principles,have the sense of patriotic duty,abide by the laws and regulations,and behave upright. Meanwhile, the students will develop their spirit of serving the people and devoting to the construction of socialism.Students will acquire solid and broad theoretical principles as well as systematical and in-depth expertise in the field of environmentalscience and engineering, etc. Students will have the capability of doing scientific research independently and solving relevant technical problems. They will be competent for scientific research, teaching, etc.Students will acquire proficiency in at least one language other than Chinese.

This discipline includes four major fields of science: (1) Power Engineering and Engineering Thermophysics, (2) Heating, Gas Supply, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Engineering, (3) Environmental Science and Engineering, and (4) Electrical Engineering as well as their application extensions on engineering technology.
This discipline has strong merits in construction, including preponderant disciplines in Jiangsu Province and key construction disciplines of “985 Project”, “211 Project” and “Double-First Class” in Southeast University, and Thermal Engineering is a national key discipline, Electrical Engineering is the key disciplines of Jiangsu Province, China. This discipline also owns a series of high-level scientific research and engineering technology bases, including the National Engineering Research Center for Thermal Power Unit Vibration, the Key Laboratory of Energy Thermal Conversion and Process Measurement and Control, Engineering Research Center for Motion Control of Ministry of Education, the Research Center of Pollution Control and Resource Engineering of Jiangsu Province, the Key Laboratory of Solar Energy Technology of Jiangsu Province, and the Jiangsu Provincial Key Laboratory of Smart Grid Technology & Equipment、Jiangsu Provincial lab center of power engineering. Discipline:Power Engineering and Engineering Thermophysics

Brief Introductionto Discipline
The discipline was founded by Fan Congzhen, founder of Chinese boiler science, Wang Shoutai, founder of steam turbines, Xia Yanru, founder of thermal engineering, and Qian Zhonghan, founder of thermal control science, at the National Central University (predecessor of the University), which is one of the birthplaces of China’s Power Engineering and Engineering Thermophysics disciplines. Up to now, nearly 10,000 senior engineers in thermal power including 7 academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences/Engineering have been trained. This discipline is a dominant discipline in Jiangsu Province, the “985 Project”, “211 Project” and “Double First-class”key construction disciplines of Southeast University, including several second-class disciplines like thermal engineering, engineering thermophysics, power machinery and engineering, refrigeration and cryogenic engineering, fluid machinery and engineering, in which thermal engineering is a national key discipline, refrigeration and cryogenic engineering is a key discipline in Jiangsu Province. It has scientific research bases such as National Engineering Research Center of Turbogenerator Vibration, Key Laboratory of Energy Thermal Conversion and Control of Ministry of Education, Jiangsu Engineering Research Center for pollution treatment and resource utilization, and the Key Laboratory of Solar Energy Technology of Jiangsu Province.
Objectives
Students willgrasp the fundamental principles ofMarxism, stick to the Four Cardinal Principles,have the sense of patriotic duty,abide by the laws and regulations,and behave upright. Meanwhile, the students will develop their spirit of serving the people and devoting to the construction of socialism.
Students will acquire solid and broad theoretical principles as well as systematical and in-depth expertise in the field of energy and power, etc. Students will have the capability of doing scientific research independently and solving relevant technical problems. They will be competent for scientific research, teaching, etc.
Students will acquire proficiency in at least one language other than Chinese.
Research Directions
(1) fluid flow and heat and mass transfer; (2) combustion and pollution control technology; (3) thermal measurement and automation control; (4) thermal system simulation, optimization and diagnosis; (5) dynamic mechanical vibration analysis and application; (6) refrigeration and air conditioning technology; (7) new energy technology.

In addition to compliance with the provisions of SEU, doctoral dissertation must be written in a systematic and completemanner, presenting clear concepts, correct arguments, realistic description, concise writing structure, smooth and concise writing style, correct calculation, reliable data, and clear icons.
Dissertation Evaluation
Doctoral dissertation should be written with a certain depth, breadth and distinctive creativeness. Some part of the research should reach the advanced world levels. The findings and conceptions presented in the dissertation should be new and have positive impact on academic development of this discipline. Students are required to conduct at least 3 years research related to the dissertation.

供热、供燃气、通风与空气调节工程是一门技术性和实用性很强的工程学科。随着建筑节能、智能化楼宇、生态建筑和建筑环境等技术的发展,该学科在我国应用前景与发展潜力十分巨大。我校从上世纪90年代初期开始,先后在新型制冷空调技术、楼宇自动化、建筑节能与建筑环境等领域开展了有关的研究。10多年来,承担了一批国家支撑项目、863、973、重点研发、国家自然科学基金和省部级重点科研项目,取得了一系列在国内处于领先水平的研究成果,有的已达到国际先进水平,并在国内外产生了一定影响。多年来该学科与美国、英国、意大利、日本、新西兰、新加坡和香港等国家和地区的高等学校与研究所建立了长期的合作关系。

论文学术水平

Heating, ventilation and air conditioning is a technical and practical engineering discipline. With the development of technologies such as building energy conservation, intelligent buildings, ecological buildings and building environment, the application and development of HVAC show great potential in China. Since the early 1990s, our school has carried out related research in the fields of new refrigeration and air-conditioning technology, building automation, building energy conservation and building environment. Over the past 10 years, a number of projects, such as national support projects, 863 program, 973 program, key research and development projects, the National Natural Science Foundation and provincial and ministerial-level key scientific research projects, have been launched and a series of research results at leading level in China have been achieved, some of which are international advanced and has a certain impact at home and abroad. Over the years, long-term cooperative relationships with universities and research institutes in the United States, Britain, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong have been established on the discipline.

The findings and conceptions presented in the dissertation should be new and have positive impact on academic development of this discipline. Students are required to conduct at least two years research related to the dissertation. At least one of the following conditions must be met before being eligible for applying for a Doctor's Degree: 1. Publish two academic papers in the SCIE/SSCI source journals, including at least one of the Q1 and Q2 journal academic papers in the corresponding subject area in the JCR partition table; 2. Publish three academic papers in SCIE/SSCI Source Journals or EI/CSCD (Core Edition) Source Journals, including at least two academic papers indexed by SCIE/SSCI; 3. Publish two academic papers in SCIE/SSCI Source Journals and one authorized national invention patent.

东南大学环境学科拥有悠久的发展历史,从上世纪40年代初期中央大学土木工程系设置的卫生工程学组算起,已有70多年的历史。恢复高考后,我校是教育部直属第一批5所全国最早创办环境工程专业的院校(1979年)。本学科具有环境学科博士、硕士、本科和继续教育的完整教学体系。学科拥有“985工程”经费资助建设的“环境科学与工程实验中心”、“江苏省污染控制及资源化工程技术研究中心”,以及与环境学科相关的“能源热转化及其过程测控教育部重点实验室”,并与公共卫生学院共建“东南大学环境医学工程教育部重点实验室”,具有完备的供博士后研究人员开展科学研究的基础条件。

论文学术水平博士论文应有一定的深度和广度,要求达到:具有明显的创新性,部分研究内容应达到国际先进水平,并具有一定涵盖面。学位论文的研究结果应有新发现、新见解,对本学科的学术发展具有一定的指导意义。围绕论文开展科研工作的时间不少于3年。
本学科申请博士学位前应发表学术成果要求按照学校相关规定执行。
预答辩报告

Brief Introductionto Discipline
Southeast University Environmental Science has a long history of development. It has more than 70 years since the health engineering group set up by the Civil Engineering Department of the Central University in the early 1940s. After the resumption of the college entrance examination, our school is one of the first five institutions in the country to establish environmental engineering under the Ministry of Education (1979). The discipline has a complete teaching system for doctoral, master, undergraduate and continuing education. With foundation of the “985 Project”, the discipline has the “Environmental Science and Engineering Experiment Center”, the “Jiangsu Provincial Pollution Control and Resource Engineering Technology Research Center”, and the “Energy Thermal Transformation and Process Measurement and Control Department of the Ministry of Education” which is related to environmental disciplines. Meanwhile it has the “Key Laboratory of Environmental Medical Engineering of the Southeast University” which is established with the School of Public Health. The discipline has complete basic conditions for postdoctoral researchers to carry out scientific research.
Objectives
Students willgrasp the fundamental principles ofMarxism, stick to the Four Cardinal Principles,have the sense of patriotic duty,abide by the laws and regulations,and behave upright. Meanwhile, the students will develop their spirit of serving the people and devoting to the construction of socialism.

Brief Introductionto Discipline (within 400 words)
Southeast University Environmental Science has a long history of development. It has more than 70 years since the health engineering group set up by the Civil Engineering Department of the Central University in the early 1940s. After the resumption of the college entrance examination, our school is one of the first five institutions in the country to establish environmental engineering under the Ministry of Education (1979). The discipline has a complete teaching system for doctoral, master, undergraduate and continuing education. With foundation of the “985 Project”, the discipline has the “Environmental Science and Engineering Experiment Center”, the “Jiangsu Provincial Pollution Control and Resource Engineering Technology Research Center”, and the “Energy Thermal Transformation and Process Measurement and Control Department of the Ministry of Education” which is related to environmental disciplines. Meanwhile it has the “Key Laboratory of Environmental Medical Engineering of the Southeast University” which is established with the School of Public Health. The discipline has complete basic conditions for postdoctoral researchers to carry out scientific research.
Objectives (about 150 words; the following is for reference only):
Students willgrasp the fundamental principles ofMarxism, stick to the Four Cardinal Principles,have the sense of patriotic duty,abide by the laws and regulations, and behave upright. Meanwhile, the students will develop their spirit of serving the people and devoting to the construction of socialism.
Students will acquire solid and broad theoretical principles as well as systematical and in-depth expertise in the field of environmentalscience and engineering, etc. Students will have the capability of doing scientific research independently and solving relevant technical problems. They will be competent for scientific research, technology development, teaching, etc.
Students will acquire proficiency in at least one language other than Chinese.

供热、供燃气、通风与空气调节工程是一门技术性和实用性很强的工程学科。随着建筑节能、智能化楼宇、生态建筑和建筑环境等技术的发展,该学科在我国应用前景与发展潜力十分巨大。我校从上世纪90年代初期开始,先后在新型制冷空调技术、楼宇自动化、建筑节能与建筑环境等领域开展了有关的研究。10多年来,承担了一批国家支撑项目、863、973、重点研发、国家自然科学基金和省部级重点科研项目,取得了一系列在国内处于领先水平的研究成果,有的已达到国际先进水平,并在国内外产生了一定影响。多年来该学科与美国、英国、意大利、日本、新西兰、新加坡和香港等国家和地区的高等学校与研究所建立了长期的合作关系。

Heating, ventilation and air conditioning is a technical and practical engineering discipline. With the development of technologies such as building energy conservation, intelligent buildings, ecological buildings and building environment, the application and development of HVAC show great potential in China. Since the early 1990s, our school has carried out related research in the fields of new refrigeration and air-conditioning technology, building automation, building energy conservation and building environment. Over the past 10 years, a number of projects, such as national support projects, 863 program, 973 program, key research and development projects, the National Natural Science Foundation and provincial and ministerial-level key scientific research projects, have been launched and a series of research results at leading level in China have been achieved, some of which are international advanced and has a certain impact at home and abroad. Over the years, long-term cooperative relationships with universities and research institutes in the United States, Britain, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong have been established on the discipline.

学科由中国锅炉学创始人范从振、汽轮机学创始人王守泰、热工学创始人夏彦儒和热工控制学创始人钱钟韩在国立中央大学(本校前身)创建,是中国动力工程及工程热物理学科的发源地之一,至今已培养出包括7名中国科学院/工程院院士在内的近万名热能动力类高级专门人才。本学科是江苏省优势学科和东南大学“985工程”、“211工程”、“双一流”重点建设学科,内含热能工程、工程热物理、动力机械及工程、制冷与低温工程、流体机械及工程等二级学科,其中热能工程为国家重点学科、制冷与低温工程为江苏省重点学科。拥有火电机组振动国家工程研究中心、能源热转换及其过程测控教育部重点实验室、江苏省污染治理与资源化工程技术研究中心、江苏省太阳能技术重点实验室等科研基地。

Brief Introductionto Discipline (within 400 words)
The discipline was founded by Fan Congzhen, founder of Chinese boiler science, Wang Shoutai, founder of steam turbines, Xia Yanru, founder of thermal engineering, and Qian Zhonghan, founder of thermal control science, at the National Central University (predecessor of the University), which is one of the birthplaces of China’s Power Engineering and Engineering Thermophysics disciplines. Up to now, nearly 10,000 senior engineers in thermal power including 7 academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences/Engineering have been trained. This discipline is a dominant discipline in Jiangsu Province, the “985 Project”, “211 Project” and “Double First-class”key construction disciplines of Southeast University, including several second-class disciplines like thermal engineering, engineering thermophysics, power machinery and engineering, refrigeration and cryogenic engineering, fluid machinery and engineering, in which thermal engineering is a national key discipline, refrigeration and cryogenic engineering is a key discipline in Jiangsu Province. It has scientific research bases such as National Engineering Research Center of Turbogenerator Vibration, Key Laboratory of Energy Thermal Conversion and Control of Ministry of Education, Jiangsu Engineering Research Center for pollution treatment and resource utilization, and the Key Laboratory of Solar Energy Technology of Jiangsu Province.
Objectives (about 150 words; the following is for reference only):
Students willgrasp the fundamental principles ofMarxism, stick to the Four Cardinal Principles,have the sense of patriotic duty,abide by the laws and regulations,and behave upright. Meanwhile, the students will develop their spirit of serving the people and devoting to the construction of socialism.
Students will acquire solid and broad theoretical principles as well as systematical and in-depth expertise in the field of power engineering and engineering thermophysics, etc. Students will have the capability of doing scientific research independently and solving relevant technical problems. They will be competent for scientific research, technology development, teaching, etc.
Students will acquire proficiency in at least one language other than Chinese.
Research Directions
(1) fluid flow and heat and mass transfer; (2) combustion and pollution control technology; (3) thermal measurement and automation control; (4) thermal system simulation, optimization and diagnosis; (5) dynamic mechanical vibration analysis and application; (6) refrigeration and air conditioning technology; (7) new energy technology.

东南大学资源与环境类别拥有悠久的发展历史,从上世纪40年代初期中央大学土木工程系设置的卫生工程学组算起,已有70多年的历史。恢复高考后,我校是教育部直属第一批5所全国最早创办环境工程专业的院校(1979年)。东南大学本类别包含环境学科、测绘学科等相关博士、硕士和本科完整教学体系。本类别拥有“环境科学与工程实验中心”、“江苏省污染控制及资源化工程技术研究中心”、“江苏省污泥安全处置与资源化工程研究中心”、“测绘仪器中心”和“地理信息工程实验室”,并与东南大学公共卫生学院共建“东南大学环境医学工程教育部重点实验室”,具有完备的科学研究条件。

Brief Introduction to Discipline
The Resource and Environment discipline of Southeast University has a long history of development. It has more than 70 years since the health engineering group set up by the Civil Engineering Department of the Central University in the early 1940s. After the resumption of the college entrance examination, our school is one of the first five institutions in the country to establish environmental engineering under the Ministry of Education (1979). The discipline has a complete teaching system for doctoral, master, undergraduate and continuing education of subjects including Environmental Science, Surveying and Mapping. The discipline has the “Environmental Science and Engineering Experiment Center”, the “Jiangsu Provincial Pollution Control and Resource Engineering Technology Research Center”, " Jiangsu Research Center of Sludge Safety Disposal and Resource Utilization ", "Surveying and Mapping Instrument Center" and "Geographic Information Engineering Laboratory". Meanwhile it has the “Key Laboratory of Environmental Medical Engineering of the Southeast University” which is established with the School of Public Health. The discipline has complete basic conditions for carrying out scientific research.
Objectives
The training should be oriented to the future national construction needs, adapt to the future scientific and technological progress, students will develop morally, intellectually, physically, aesthetically and laboriously in a comprehensive way, master the basic theories and professional knowledge of the subject; students will understand the technical status and development trends of the discipline, and master the advanced technical methods and modern technical means to solve engineering problems; students will be qualified for the research, design, construction, management, etc. of engineering projects, and have good innovation ability and international vision, to become the leader of Resource and Environment and related industries to lead the future and benefit mankind.

东南大学能源动力类专业始创于1923年成立的国立东南大学电机系,是东南大学最早设立的三大工程专业之一,目前重点依托动力、电气等学科。其中动力工程及工程热物理学科由中国锅炉学创始人范从振、汽轮机学创始人王守泰、热工学创始人夏彦儒和热工控制学创始人钱钟韩在国立中央大学(本校前身)创建,是中国动力工程及工程热物理学科的发源地之一。电气工程学科是全国首批有权授予硕士、博士学位的单位之一,是中国一流电气人才和创新成果的重要培育基地,在国内外电气领域具有较高的学术声誉。吴玉麟、陈章、吴大榕、程式、杨简初、严一士、闵华、周鹗、陈珩等一批知名电气学者、专家曾在学科从教。能源动力类别专业拥有火电机组振动国家工程研究中心、能源热转换及其过程测控教育部重点实验室、江苏省太阳能技术重点实验室、伺服控制教育部技术工程中心、江苏省智能电网技术与装备重点实验室、江苏省电力工程实验中心、国家级工程实践教育中心等教学科研基地。

Brief Introduction to Discipline
The Energy and Power discipline of Southeast University was founded in 1923 that originated from the Department of Electrical Engineering of National Southeast University. It is one of the three earliest engineering disciplines in Southeast University. At present, it mainly based on power, electrical and other disciplines. The discipline of Power Engineering and Engineering Thermophysics was founded by Congzhen Fan, founder of Chinese Boiler Science, Shoutai Wang, founder of Chinese Steam Turbine Science, Yanru Xia, founder of Chinese thermal engineering, and Zhonghan Qian, founder of Chinese thermal control science, in National Central University (the predecessor of Southeast University). It is one of the birthplaces of the discipline of Power Engineering and Engineering Thermophysics in China. The discipline of Electrical Engineering is one of the first batch of institutes authorized to confer master's and doctor's degrees in China. It is an important teaching base for China's first-class electrical talents and innovative achievements, and has a high academic reputation in the electrical field at home and abroad. Well-known electrical scholars and experts including Yulin Wu, Zhang Chen, Darong Wu, Shi Cheng, Jianchu Yang, Yishi Yan, Hua Min, E Zhou and Heng Chen have taught in the discipline.
